Digital Account Coordinator

Our Toronto office is looking for a talented “Geek with Personality” to join our superstar Accounts team. As an Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing our client base by handling all back-office aspects of a project implementation, from preparing proposals to data collection, and reporting. You’ll work with various internal teams as well as clients and prospects to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of client deliverables.


Account Management

  • Has a firm understanding of the client’s industry, marketing strategy and goals as it applies to lead generation for client.
  • Works with Account Manager/Director to grow revenue.
  • Manages back-office aspects of a project implementation including: preparation of client engagement briefings and proposals, tracking client data, QA validation, Salesforce setup and data input, and reporting of internal and external client activities and communications throughout the full campaign life cycle, following DAC’s standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Helps to ensure that project requirements are documented.
  • Works internally to obtain and optimize design, copy and all other deliverables.
  • Liaises internally with the production team to meet project requirements.
  • Monitors established program KPIs and ensures that the program performance meets the agreed upon client KPIs.

Client Relationship Management and Communication

  • Develops productive business relationships and alliances with assigned DAC clients in order to manager project-related requests from clients.
  • Provides ongoing support to the account team that will enhance their relationships with their day-to-day contacts.
  • Responsible for the effective and efficient documentation, communication, and dissemination of information regarding client activities and client administrative procedures.
  • Liaises with clients to complete a specific project brief and coordinate client approvals.

Budget and Financials

  • Assists Account Manager or Director in the development of annual account plans that meet revenue growth and profit margin targets for assigned clients.
  • Creates contact reports, status reports, and budget control reports in accordance with DAC’s standards for quality and accuracy.

Knowledge and Industry Relations

  • Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of DAC’s product offerings, including digital and directional products.
  • Remains knowledgeable about the ongoing program activities after a program has been launched.

  • A “people person” who excels at developing positive relationships with various internal teams as well as clients and prospects.
  • A strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Work, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Google certification and familiarity with digital lead generation techniques.
