Network Administrator

What We Get

  • A network systems administrator with 3-5 years of admin-level experience, a strong understanding of virtualization management and configuration, and network management expertise (TCP/IP, DNS, network topology, switch/router configurations, security).

And Those Accountabilities in Full:

  • Administration of the network infrastructure for all DAC Group offices
  • Network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems, internet access, office systems and applications support).
  • Administration of Office 365 and all related tools and systems.
  • Upgrades, installs and troubleshoots networks, networking hardware devices and software
  • Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
  • Supports server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications.
  • Monitors system activities to ensure that all interfaces are fully operational
  • Monitors performance of entire system and maintains system security
  • Recommends and schedules repairs to the LAN/WAN
  • Gathers and analyzes data concerning network and systems operations
  • Performs technology needs analysis.
  • Assists with the design and implementation of servers and infrastructure updates to meet the IT department’s goals.
  • Assists with planning and implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan.
  • Maintains inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of vendor activities
  • Manage and administer all enterprise telephone system hardware
  • Manages and maintains all enterprise phone system backups
  • Maintains enterprise standards for extensions, feature options and short codes. 
  • Telephone system administration and works with local phone administrators when help is required.  E.g. creating users
  • Telephone system programing, call flows, short codes for features and other functions
  • Manages Chronicall software and in bound toll free IVR systems.
  • Works for telephone service providers when 3 party support is required
  • Maintains documentation on all enterprise phone system configurations
  • Provides technical guidance and direction to helpdesk and local support  users
  • Provides required systems training, knowledge, reporting and documentation
  • Receives and actions support escalation requests from Helpdesk and Local Support Staff.
  • Manages small to medium sized projects according to agreed upon budgets and schedules.
