Junior Display Media Specialist

We’re looking for someone who wants to take the plunge into the digital marketing pool with both feet.  Within your first 12-18 months, in addition to learning new ad platforms (i.e. Google) and cooperating with various vendors (i.e. Facebook),  you will gain a deep understanding of campaign optimization, media planning, and ultimately become a digital guru.  We will train on the necessary platforms and tools; just bring your positive attitude and your analytical mind! 


  • Become a DAC Subject Matter Expert on display ad operations 
  • Identify and coordinate campaign trafficking and launch requirements
  • Plan and execute ad trafficking process from beginning (inputs) to end (launch)
  • Perform QA and testing pre- and post-campaign launch 
  • Review campaign performance utilizing Analytics and self-serve platforms, and identify opportunities for campaign optimization
  • Develop weekly/monthly client-facing reports, including qualitative and quantitative data, and recommendations to improve performance
  • Troubleshoot campaign trafficking issues as they arise
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendor partners 
  • Participate as the display ad operations SME for internal and client-facing meetings as required 


  • Bachelor's degree in math, marketing, advertising, or business administration 
  • 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 1-3 years' experience in ad operations, display advertising on advertiser, publisher or   agency side would be a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to audiences of various sizes
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, organized; ability to manage time effectively
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and eager to master new software applications and platforms
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
