Account Executive

Our Montreal office is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic “Geek with Personality” to help grow our business by providing outstanding sales execution and client management. As an Account Executive, you will work with the Account director on management of digital media, social media strategy, web and application development, and overall program and client service management. This includes interaction with internal and client teams and working and participating in client facing deliverables.  You will also provide support to the Account teams and leverages agency resources in accordance with client requirements & DAC’s values and ethics.

What We Get

What You’ll Do

  • Become an expert on DAC’s product offerings and effectively communicate them to our clients.
  • Explain basic advertising, digital media and marketing concepts (SEM, SEO, Local Listings, Online Directories).
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of client programs
  • Identify client needs
  • Update annual planning documentation of activities and campaigns
  • Coordinate your team’s work and deliverables
  • Provide advancement reports on key campaigns
  • Establish customer rapport, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Provide ongoing support to the account team to enhance DAC’s relationships with our day-to-day contacts.
