What We Get

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in SEM
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in managing performance based eCommerce shopping campaigns that drive positive ROI.
  • Google AdWords, Google Shopping, Bing Ads and Google Analytics certified
  • Familiarity with enterprise eCommerce Paid Search campaigns, strategies and tactics
  • Experience with setting up, managing and optimizing Google shopping and Bing shopping campaigns
  • Experience in utilizing a 3rd party PLA optimizer platform
  • Expert level campaign planning, management and presentation skills
  • Solid knowledge of SEM testing methodologies
  • A growth mindset for expanding campaigns and opportunities within the client base
  • Eager to understand, test and implement new digital search methodologies with a view to improving service offering
  • Solid track record of working on multiple time sensitive projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic input in the development of programs to meet campaign objectives; analyze SEM performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Assist with campaign planning, keyword research, bid optimization, budget management, ad copy revision for large campaigns (tens of thousands of keywords and hundreds of ad copies)
  • Manage eCommerce product shopping feeds to ensure accurate and consistent data
  • Communicate project status and campaign performance to agency executives, accounts teams and be extremely skilled at communicating with the client base
  • Work closely with all internal agency teams to meet deliverable as required
  • Analyze metric data and provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Understand, test and implement new digital search methodologies with a view to improving service offering
