What we get:

  • Become a DAC Subject Matter Expert on display media ad operations, applying DAC methodology across all media platforms
  • Develop strategic media campaigns for clients in varying verticals
  • Identify and align display goals and objectives with clients’ corporate and marketing goals
  • Perform industry, competitive and audience research using the appropriate media planning tools to gain an understanding of digital landscape and to identify display opportunities
  • Monitor and optimize online campaigns based on campaign performance and delivery on self-serve ad platforms
  • Evaluate and recommend display partners, placements and tactics based on goals and objectives, with a keen focus on direct response (dCPM – dCPC, CPC, CPL/CPA)
  • Work with Internal team to help build media plans for internal and client presentations
  • Collaborate with Display Team and cross-functional teams (as appropriate) to formulate pixel strategies, channel attribution recommendations, creative messaging strategies, ad rotation strategies
  • Provide trafficking and troubleshooting guidance on all campaigns
  • Develop and implement adtags and re-targeting pixels
  • Work collaboratively, coordinate and communicate with all vendor partners
  • Review campaign performance utilizing Analytics and self-serve platforms, and recommend opportunities for campaign optimization
  • Actively participate as the display media planning SME in internal and client-facing meetings as required

What we want:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration or math
  • 2-5 years’ experience in digital media
  • Agency experience is an asset
  • Demonstrated experience in running performance-focused campaigns that generate calls and online conversions
  • 2 years’ experience in ad serving and self-serve advertising platforms, including but not limited to DFA, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst
  • Familiarity with Display, Mobile, Video and Social Media advertising channels
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Analytical, strategic thinker, detail-oriented, organized; ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience working with media planning and/or optimization tools, including but not limited to comScore, Hitwise, WhatRunsWhere, Adobe Media Optimizer
  • Experience using RTB platforms, including but not limited to TTD, DBM
