Digital Account Executive

Digital Account Executives will additionally be responsible for up selling and cross selling, improving the customer experience, and positively interacting with other departments to resolve customer concerns and complaints. As a Digital Account Executive you will be a critical component of maximizing sales and growing accounts nationwide. You will learn how to successfully pitch and close sales in order to build your territory. This position will be located in our office in our newly renovated office in Purchase, New York.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prospecting potential clients in designated market territory
  • Developing a thorough knowledge and understanding of current products, and the ability to communicate them effectively to our customers
  • Explaining basic advertising, digital media and marketing concepts (SEM, SEO)
  • Pitching the array of products, and ensuring proper follow up with clients and leadership
  • Providing professional, informed, and timely responses to internal and external contacts
  • In the role, you will receive initial onboarding and ongoing product training including your Google AdWords Certifications to become a knowledgeable consultant in online advertising
  • Effectively work toward sales goals to achieve maximum sales on a monthly basis

About you:  

  • 1 – 2 years in a sales or sales support role (Experience in advertising or media sales is a plus!)
  • Proven success working in a competitive environment while still maintaining a collaborative attitude
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Self-motivated go-getter and outgoing problem solver with a performance driven-personality
  • Able to prioritize workload while multitasking in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to use Excel and client management tools (CRM) to maximize time
  • Must have professional phone etiquette
  • Flexibility to work different work schedules as needed (9:00am-5:00pm,  10:30 am-6:30 pm, 11:30 am-7:30pm)
