Help Desk Support Analyst (Co-Op Student)

We are looking for dependable individuals for the Help Desk Support Analyst Co-Op in our Systems & Technology Group. You’ll play an important role in the ongoing operations of our company and end user support for all offices!

Work in our open and collaborative environment with great people, catered breakfasts, snacks and drinks.  With onsite parking, our offices are also steps away from the Leslie TTC subway station — avoid the drive into downtown!

What we get?

  • Someone currently enrolled in a technical degree or diploma in a Canadian Post-Secondary institution with Co-Op.
  • Strong communication and phone skills; excellent customer service, analytical and problem solving skills a must.
  • Strong support knowledge of PC hardware, Microsoft and Apple operating systems, and MS Office Suite
  • Team player qualities: integrity, accountability, adaptability and motivated
  • Current and valid certification in A+, MCP, or MCSE is preferable
  • Experience with Apple Computer Hardware
  • Experience with Solarwinds Web Help Desk is preferable
  • Experience with MS Windows Deployment Services is preferable
